Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, an international hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for a
PRIVATE CHEF ((M/F) for a VIP family in Monaco and accompanying them during international travels
Responsibilities:
The chef will perform duties for a VIP family in Monaco, working in a fully equipped apartment kitchen with high-end tools. The chef will be responsible for daily cooking for 2 adults and a 5-year-old child. The family is accustomed to excellence but desires a Mediterranean and healthy cuisine.
On-site team: 1 Private Chef + Family Staff (personal assistant, nanny, housekeeper, and butler).
The chef will be responsible for the entire process, including:
Cooking for 3 people daily (more for guests) Preparing lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday Morning
Creating weekly menus for approval by Madame Selecting products based on Madame’s requests Enforcing hygiene and safety rules – HACCP Managing stocks and inventory Using fresh and seasonal products Packaging and preserving products Comprehensive kitchen cleaning with appropriate cleaning products Requirements:
The chef must have a required background: trained in a culinary school, culinary institution, or Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef should be flexible, open, creative, and able to understand the culinary needs and tastes of the family. Proficiency in French is mandatory, and knowledge of English is a plus.

Have a clean criminal record in the country where the position is offered and in the candidate’s home country Possess all certificates and diplomas verified by schools and training centers Submit a portfolio showcasing their dishes Provide at least three references from previous employers Submit a comprehensive professional dossier, including: CV, cover letter, copy of passport or ID, and driver’s license. Conditions:
Salary: €6,000 net / month 2 days off / week (Saturday and Sunday) Not provided with accommodation; must have own vehicle Starting date: December 1st
