Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment firm specialized in Hospitality and Restaurant professions, is looking for an Executive Chef for a 5-star hotel.

Confidential location (France)

This luxury hotel features around forty rooms and suites

For gourmets, the hotel offers three restaurants, each providing a distinct culinary experience, from refined local flavors to innovative gastronomic creations. Leisure spaces include two spectacular swimming pools, a luxurious spa, and terraces with breathtaking panoramic views.

It is a place where understated refinement meets conviviality, ideal for exceptional stays, private events, or romantic getaways. The hotel’s philosophy is based on personalized service, attention to detail, and a full immersion in an idyllic  setting.

The hotel opens from early April 

This position offers the opportunity to define the culinary identity of the house and drive a strong dynamic within a brigade of 40 people.

Profile sought:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in multiple outlets (minimum 3).

  • Experience in gastronomic cuisine (minimum 1 Michelin star).

  • Mastery of multiple cuisines: Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese (sushi), Peruvian (ceviche).

  • Ability to lead a team, manage service, and structure the kitchen organization.

  • Creativity, rigor, autonomy, and a strong product-focused mindset.

Conditions:

  • Permanent contract (CDI)

  • €85,000 gross per year + 20% variable

  • Accommodation possible during the probationary period if needed.

  • Start date: April 16th

  • Languages: Good command of French. English is a plus to interact with international guests and teams.
