RHEA Recruitment, a specialized hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for a Head Chef (M/F) in Paris.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead a brigade in a bistronomic restaurant. The goal is to offer refined and authentic cuisine that showcases exceptional products while maintaining the establishment’s profitability and excellence standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the kitchen and pastry teams (12-person brigade)
Developing menus in collaboration with management
Handling purchasing and orders, monitoring food costs
Ensuring cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and HACCP compliance
Maintaining smooth coordination between the kitchen and other departments (service, sales, accounting, HR)
Delivering a unique and high-quality culinary experience to every guest
Ideal Profile:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a bistronomic restaurant
Strong knowledge of products and terroir-based cuisine
Leadership skills with the ability to unite and inspire a team
Strong sense of respect, communication, and commitment
Mastery of HACCP standards and cost management
A passion for Southwest French cuisine is a plus!
