RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris,
Restaurant offering a blend of a true Parisian bistro and 100% Asian cuisine open 7/7 Approximately 80 seats, average ticket price is €40, serving around 250 covers per day,
In the front of house team, there is 1 manager and an assistant manager supported by 5 waiters/runners. (team to be built)

Reporting to the owner, here are your main responsibilities:
Deploy a dynamic presence on the ground to ensure impeccable service, in close collaboration with management. Closely monitor daily operations, from morning to evening, maintaining high standards of quality and service. Effectively coordinate with the Chef and Sommelier to ensure a seamless and top-notch customer experience. Foster synergy and smooth collaboration with the F&B team to maintain a constant level of excellence in all aspects of service. Rigorously enforce hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers. Embody the restaurant’s distinctive image by providing personalized, warm, and professional service at every interaction. Actively contribute to strategic scheduling and work hours management to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Work closely with the Chef to oversee stock and orders management, maintaining adequate levels of high-quality products.
Profile sought: – A meticulous individual with experience in the restaurant industry, Excellent interpersonal skills, Proficiency in professional and commercial English is a plus, Some knowledge in sommellerie would be a plus
Conditions: Permanent contract, 42 hours per week Salary according to experience, €3500 net Hours: managerial status, required to be present for both services Days off: two consecutive days off and an additional half day
