The establishment operates 7 days a week with a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor, and a club open until 2 am.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, service, and bar. You must demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Capacity: 70 seats indoors, 30 seats indoors and in the club in the basement. Average Ticket: €45. Volume: 80-90 covers/day on weekdays, and up to 200 covers on weekends (active evening service).

Front of House Team: 4 servers, 2 bartenders; Kitchen Team: 5 to 6 cooks.

Job Overview:

  • Supervise all restaurant, service, and bar operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Establish work schedules and manage shifts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory and place orders with suppliers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service and food quality standards

Conditions: Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Permanent (CDI) Salary: €3000-€3500 net per month depending on experience Work Hours: 5 days per week, daytime shifts from 12 pm to 8 pm Status: Managerial position Off: possibility to have weekends off later
