Job Description

RHEA Recrutement is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager (M/F) for a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris.

This Michelin-starred restaurant, open 5 days a week, offers creative and contemporary cuisine, showcasing exceptional products with an innovative touch.

The culinary experience is based on a constantly evolving menu, inspired by the chef’s vision and the seasonality of ingredients. Each dish is an artistic expression, combining technique, balance of flavors, and aesthetics.

The setting is elegant and intimate, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for an immersive gastronomic experience. The service is both discreet and attentive, enhancing this culinary journey where surprise and emotion are at the heart of every plate.

✨ What the establishment offers:

  • Service capacity: 20 seats
  • Team: A dynamic team of 4 people in the dining room
  • Work environment: Close collaboration with the owner and chef in a stimulating and friendly atmosphere

🔍 Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience: Solid experience in restaurant management, particularly in fine dining or Michelin-starred establishments.
  • Passion & expertise: A strong passion for table service, with special attention to showcasing fresh products and expertise in fish carving tableside.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a team, manage the dining room organization, and ensure impeccable service quality.
  • Dynamism & rigor: Motivation to deliver a top-tier guest experience in a demanding yet exciting environment.

💰 Salary & benefits:

  • Salary: €3,500 – €4,000 net, depending on experience + tips
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Management status (split shifts)
