RESTAURANT DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (M/F) in Paris
At Restaurant NÉO FOODING, combining bistronomy, fooding, and fashion.
The restaurant’s hours of operation are as follows:
- Tuesday: dinner from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Wednesday: dinner from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Thursday: lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Friday: lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Saturday: lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Sunday: lunch from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Monday: closed
Seating capacity: 50 Average ticket price: €70 excl. VAT Team: 4 people in the dining room (team to be built)

Reporting to the owner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the restaurant service; taking orders and providing advice.
- Handling customer reservations.
- Welcoming and seating customers.
- Preparing bills and processing payments.
- Maintaining and organizing the restaurant.
For three evenings, you will be the restaurant’s point of contact, overseeing guest reception, customer follow-up, handling cash, and closing procedures.
Profile sought:
- A rigorous individual with restaurant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, some knowledge of professional and commercial English is a plus, some knowledge of wine service is a plus.
Conditions:
- Permanent contract (CDI), 44 hours per week
- Salary based on experience: €2800-3000 net
- Schedule: 1-2 split shifts and 3 evening closings (7-8 services per week)
- Days off: Sunday and Monday
