Job Description

🌟 RHEA Recruitment is looking for a Restaurant Manager (H/F) for a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in Paris. ✨

Environment:

  • A dynamic team including a sommelier, a maître d’hôtel, and a hostess.
  • The restaurant is open 4.5 days a week: closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesday lunchtimes. Annual closures: 2 weeks in February and 3 weeks in August.

Goal: Achieve the 2nd Michelin star 🌟

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and high-quality service to customers, adhering to the restaurant’s spirit, processes, and values.
  • Organize restaurant services with precision and ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house during service.
  • Manage, motivate, and energize the team to maintain excellence in service standards.
  • Represent the company’s values internally and externally as an ambassador of the brand.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Significant experience in high-volume environments and team management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Conditions:

  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Salary: €2700-3000 net + performance-based bonuses (average total salary between €4500 and €5000 net/month)
  • Executive status
  • 2.5 consecutive days off per week
  • Position start date: ASAP
  • Annual closures: 2 weeks in February and 3 weeks in August
