- Restaurant 1 (75008):
- 3 chefs in the kitchen + 2 dishwashers (5 total)
- Open Monday to Friday
- 2023 Revenue: €1,735,000
- Restaurant 2 (75005):
- 3 chefs in the kitchen + 1 dishwasher (4 total)
- Open Tuesday to Sunday
- 2023 Revenue: €1,214,000
- Restaurant 3 (75007):
- 4 chefs in the kitchen + 2 dishwashers (6 total)
- Open Tuesday to Sunday
- 2023 Revenue: €1,367,000
