Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in the Hospitality and Restaurant industry, is hiring for the position of Head Waiter/Manager (M/F) in Paris.

This 5-star hotel, comprising 50 rooms and suites, a spa, bar, and neo-bistronomic restaurant, embodies Parisian elegance.

Working closely with the restaurant director, you will supervise a team of 18 people in the dining area and 3 people at the bar:

  • Contribution to customer development and loyalty
  • Responsible for setup, cleaning, and storage of equipment and office
  • Application of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Mastery of the menu and product knowledge
  • Responsible for the operational restaurant team
  • Knowledge in sommellerie

Profile:

  • Innate sense of service, detail, and hospitality
  • Attentive to customer needs and requests
  • Proficiency in English
  • Team management skills
  • Knowledge of PI software is a plus
  • WST2 or WST3 level highly appreciated

Conditions:

  • Salary: €2912 gross monthly
  • Full-time permanent contract – 39 hours per week
  • Continuous hours only
  • 50% reimbursement of public transportation subscriptions
  • Consecutive rest days
