MANAGER (M/F) in Paris
DNA / Concept: Our restaurant and guinguette, a social and solidarity project, aims to meet the social and environmental needs of our community. We strive to promote the well-being and autonomy of individuals while strengthening the social fabric and fostering sustainable development.
Characteristics:
- Bistronomic restaurant: 40-60 covers per day, open 5 days a week
- Guinguette: open 7 days a week, all day and evening
Team:
- 2 managers
- Chefs de rang, commis, servers
Your main tasks:
- Actively participate in staff training
- Ensure impeccable service: taking orders and providing recommendations
- Warmly welcome clients and seat them
- Prepare bills and handle payments
- Create a dynamic and pleasant atmosphere, fostering team cohesion
- Manage supplies, stocks, and inventories
- Achieve financial targets: revenue, cost of raw materials, and payroll
- Ensure client loyalty and constantly improve their experience
- Maintain the order and general condition of the restaurant
Profile sought: You are comfortable managing both the service and kitchen areas. You want to work in a socially impactful company with a strong social commitment. Conditions:
- Hours: primarily daytime (9 AM – 4:30 PM, no split shifts), with the possibility of some evening shifts
- Contract: 39 hours per week
- Salary: 2546 € net per month
- Days off: two consecutive days
