HEAD PASTRY CHEF (M/F) Switzerland

Environment: Lifestyle hotel in the heart of the resort, featuring a 60-seat restaurant open only in the evening, offering warm, gourmet, and shareable cuisine A team of 10 people, including pastry, working in harmony with a family spirit (autonomous, the pastry menu is curated by the pastry chef) Average of 50/60 covers in the evening / breakfast service and tea time TM 60/70 Swiss francs

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Chef de Cuisine owner, the head pastry chef will perform the following tasks: Exclusively handle breakfast production (pancakes, muffins, scones, and 3 dessert buffets)

You have proven experience in a similar position You want to leverage your passion for luxury hospitality in our prestigious establishment.

Conditions:

Contract 43H / 2 days off / Morning or evening shift Salary: 4000 CHF gross / month Accommodation: Single or shared (deduct 900 CHF) Fixed-term contract, starting date: ASAP to mid-April
