Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is currently seeking to fill the following position for a 4-star luxury hotel with multiple outlets located in the west of France:

Head Waiter/Waitress (in charge of the Michelin-starred restaurant) (M/F)

Essential experience in Michelin-starred establishments.

In close collaboration with your Head Sommelier and the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for filling in for the absent Head Waiter/Waitress (due to health reasons) for a period of two weeks (possibly longer). Your objective will be to contribute to the qualitative development of the establishment, with a particularly important role in team support and management.

DNA/ENVIRONMENT

  • 20 Rooms and Suites, a gastronomic restaurant with 60 seats open 5/7 with 1 Michelin star, a high-end brasserie-style restaurant opening 7/7 with 100 seats, a Bar/Lounge, and a tasting cellar.

Team of 5 staff for the gastronomic restaurant Closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday lunchtimes

Conditions: Start date: ASAP Work schedule: 4 Split shifts and 1 continuous shift Salary: 700 euros per week Days off: Two days off Accommodation provided
