The menu features 4 starters, 4 main courses, and 3 desserts.
Your Role:
- Inspiring Leadership: As the Sous Chef, you will lead and motivate a team of 3 chefs per service, providing continuous training to ensure impeccable service.
- Excellence in Service: Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure an exceptional culinary experience at every service.
- Efficient Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage stock, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Positive Work Environment: Foster a harmonious work environment where collaboration and team spirit are prioritized.
- Financial Objectives: Actively contribute to the economic management of the establishment by optimizing resources and achieving sales targets.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays.
Your Profile:
You have significant experience in kitchen management and are motivated by the idea of working in a socially engaged organization. Your rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and passion for daily challenges make you the ideal candidate for this position.
Offered Conditions:
- Hours: Continuous shifts only, with a mix of lunchtime and/or evening, depending on activity.
- Days Off: Sunday evening and Monday, or Monday and Tuesday.
- Contract: 39 hours per week.
- Salary: €3,000 gross per month (approximately €2,500 net, including tips on average).
- Start Date: ASAP
