Sous Chef (M/F) in Paris
Opening the first establishment with a focus on Italian cuisine. The opening took place last December. The venue is stunning, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an open kitchen. The restaurant spans three levels, including a lively restaurant on the lower level, accommodating 180 seated guests and open continuously from noon to 1:30 AM.
RHEA is seeking a passionate individual with abundant ambition and creativity to join a determined team. The menu is curated by a renowned Italian consulting chef!

Under the supervision of the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will perform the following tasks:
- Assisting the Head Chef in operational tasks and taking over in their absence.
- Ensuring that dishes are composed and prepared with an emphasis on excellence, meeting the Head Chef’s standards and in line with their philosophy.
- Actively participating in achieving objectives.
- Ensuring and enforcing hygiene standards in accordance with current legislation and the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan implemented in the establishment.
- Salary: €2500 net per month
- Continuous schedule (morning and evening)
- 43 hours per week
- 2 consecutive days off
- Immediate start
