PASTRY SOUS CHEF AND PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE
A group of neo-fooding and Michelin-starred restaurants ideally located in Paris
Team of 4 – 5 people in pastry
Missions
Under the responsibility of the Pastry Chef, your main missions will be as follows: You prepare pastries in accordance with the technical sheets developed by the Pastry Chef Before sending to the dining area, you ensure the perfect presentation of desserts (consistency in presentation is essential). You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
Profile Experience & Qualities
With a CAP pastry qualification, you have a successful first experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
You have knowledge of basic pastry recipes and you master HACCP standards.
Key qualities: Team spirit, dynamism, rigor, autonomy.
Conditions:
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: 2300 net/month for sous chef and 1950 net/month for CDP
Hours: continuous morning and evening
Days off: 2 days off per week
