Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency, is looking for
Sous Chef/Pastry Chef Junior (H/F)
5-star hotel, ideally located in the South West region
Environment: A restaurant with 80 seats, open only in the evening offering a gourmet menu A bar/patio with 50 seating places open all day (average 120 guests/day) A swimming pool (snacking menu available) An event lounge (max 100 pax) + for the autumn-winter season
Plan to offer a Tea time menu, Amenities, 4 desserts for the restaurant, and 4 desserts for the bar/patio
Objective: Michelin star
Team of 2/3 pastry chefs -> the pastry lab is independent of the kitchen
You will be fully autonomous on-site, working closely with the executive pastry chef and the head chef.
Missions: You define preparations and ensure that the instructions in the technical sheets are followed from methodology to presentation characteristics. You also manage your stocks and handle your orders…
You are recognized for your creativity, rigor, dynamism, and your ability to liaise with various group collaborators.
Conditions:
