RHEA Recruitment, a hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency in France & internationally, is looking for one of its clients (M/F)

A “Haute Couture” spot offering a concept around Asian cuisine

Restaurant open 6 days a week
The kitchen team consists of (people)

50 covers per service
Average ticket price at lunch 30/40 euros & in the evening 60 euros

Job profile:
• Knowledge:

Imagine and develop a Japanese-inspired cold and hot menu
Good knowledge of products, especially the preparation and assembly of sashimis, makis, sushis, and rolls

• Skills:

Be able to evolve a menu, be proactive in menu development
Manage production
Manage supplies, costs, suppliers, stocks (administrative follow-up)
Establish technical sheets

• Behavioral skills:

Manage a team (communication skills)
Transfer knowledge to those eager to learn (enjoy sharing)
Patience, listening, and good humor (listening skills & self-control)

Do you enjoy interacting with customers and cooking in front of them?

Are you dynamic, with 6 years of experience in Asian cuisine?


Salary: 3000-3200 euros net/month with accommodation 3500-4000 euros net/month without accommodation

Hours: 5 shifts

Off: two consecutive days

Start date: as soon as possible

European visa only
