RHEA Recrutement, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality and catering, is looking for a
RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris
Join a bistronomic restaurant with Asian flavors, part of a young and dynamic independent group.
Environment:
📍 Restaurant open 7 days a week
📍 400 m² space / 90 seats indoors + 25 on the terrace
📍 Team: 1 director, 1 assistant, 1 bartender, 2 head waiters, and 1 runner
📍 Young and dynamic team (average age: 28-29)
Your Missions:
👥 Overseeing daily operations, team management, orders, and reservations
🍽️ Welcoming and advising guests (both on-site & over the phone)
📝 Taking orders, ensuring high-quality table service, and handling customer requests
🎯 Building customer loyalty through meaningful interactions and upholding the restaurant’s values
✅ Ensuring compliance with restaurant standards and maintaining a high level of service
Profile Sought:
✔️ Organized, versatile, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, autonomy
✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense, and team spirit
✔️ Proven experience in high-end or trendy restaurants
✔️ Fluency in English is a plus
✔️ More than your experience, your personality and enthusiasm will make the difference!
Conditions:
📆 Work schedule: 3 split shifts, 2 continuous shifts
💰 Salary: €3,200 net/month + tips (~€500)
📅 Start date: ASAP
🚀 Days off: Saturday & Sunday (consecutive days off)
