RHEA Recruitment is seeking an Autonomous Mixologist (M/F) for an exceptional luxury hospitality estate located in Provence.
RHEA Recruitment is currently supporting a confidential and prestigious property within an ultra-luxury private estate, exclusively dedicated to VIP stays and events. The estate features three luxurious villas and one apartment, totaling eighteen suites and rooms, offering a rare and highly confidential environment.

✨ Your Role
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for the quality of bar operations and all beverage services. You will ensure the reputation and image of the property while driving the performance of your activity.
– Oversee the entire bar operation across the estate
– Design and execute a creative, bold, and refined signature cocktail menu
– Elevate each creation through a strong aesthetic and sensory approach
– Develop an elegant mocktail offering in line with luxury standards
– Deliver a seamless, bespoke, and memorable guest experience
– Monitor performance, costs, and budget efficiency
– Manage stock with precision and anticipation
– Ensure optimal organization and high operational standards
– Promote team well-being while maintaining strong business performance

Profile Requirements
- Solid experience as a bartender in France and/or internationally
- Education: CAP/BEP, Hospitality BTS, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality
- Proven experience in similar operational roles
Conditions
- Contract: 4-month fixed-term contract starting immediately until the end of August, with the possibility of a permanent contract based on performance
- Salary: depending on experience, starting from €2,400 gross, 39 hours/week
- Location: Provence
- Sector: High-end hospitality / private estate
