- Location: Boulogne
Description: The restaurant/wine bar-cave à manger was recently acquired in November and is open 5 days a week, serving dinner only (with plans to open for lunch). The culinary offering revolves around neo-bistronomic/fooding concepts, emphasizing instant and fresh cuisine. The menu is compact, featuring jar-based dishes, platters, and traditional small plates.
Additional Details:
- Open kitchen with a beautiful glass structure.
- Ground-level kitchen with new equipment and a basement lab.
- Total creative freedom and carte blanche.
Environment:
- Team Size: 3 members (team expansion planned: one dishwasher and one chef de partie).
- Seating: 50 indoors and 30 on the terrace.
- Average Ticket: Approximately 35 euros.
Profile:
- A passionate chef who enjoys creating and adding unique twists to dishes.
- Committed to delivering high-quality products.
- Responsible for stock management.
Conditions:
- Executive status.
- Working hours: Evening shifts only, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: €3000-€3500 net/month.
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday.
- Immediate availability.
