About the Restaurant: Open six days a week, this restaurant offers a gourmet menu focused on French classics. The kitchen team emphasizes fresh ingredients, skillfully prepared with finesse and creativity. Signature dishes include lièvre à la royale, black truffle soup, and pâté en croûte, crafted by a talented team with experience in prestigious Parisian palaces.
Key Details:
- Team: 8-person brigade (4 per service)
- Average Ticket: 70 €, with a 39 € menu option
- Service Volume: 200 covers/day
Your Profile: You are a passionate professional with high standards for product quality and preparation. You combine creativity with rigor and know how to inspire and unite your team around a common goal. Organized and dynamic, you have strong inventory management skills and are ready to invest yourself in a fulfilling journey.
Growth Opportunity: Potential for promotion to Executive Chef, as the owner has recently acquired an additional wine bar and restaurant.
Position Details:
- Salary: 3,900 – 4,000 € net/month (60K € gross/year)
- Schedule: Morning shifts only
- Days Off: Consecutive Saturdays and Sundays
- Position Level: Management
- Start Date: As soon as possible
