Your role at the heart of this culinary journey:
Driven by your passion for gastronomy, you’ll be central to the guest experience, leading a talented team towards culinary excellence.
In collaboration with:

A dynamic Sous-Chef
-
A team of: 1 First Chef de Partie, 2 Chefs de Partie, 2 Demi-Chefs de Partie, and 3 Commis
-
A pastry team of 3 experts, led by a creative Pastry Chef
-
3 motivated Apprentices and 3 experienced Kitchen Porters
Key responsibilities:

Innovate & create: Develop inspiring technical sheets and craft memorable dishes.

Manage & oversee: Ensure smooth coordination of stock, ordering, and daily operations.

Dazzle: Maintain impeccable quality and presentation of dishes.

Lead with passion: Motivate, train, and guide your team to achieve peak performance.
Previous experience in the luxury hotel sector is required.
Conditions:

Permanent contract (CDI)

Gross monthly salary: €5,500 – €6,000
-
Executive status: 218 working days/year
