Job Description
RHEA Recruitment is supporting a beautiful independent establishment located in the Hauts-de-Seine (92), on the edge of the 18th arrondissement, in its search for their future HEAD CHEF (M/F).
The concept:
An elegant and welcoming neighborhood restaurant that focuses on freshness and creativity with a short, seasonal menu renewed every 15 days.

Lunch: A set menu designed to attract a loyal and curious clientele, featuring 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts, plus a special suggestion.

Dinner: 4 refined and generous sharing plates to create a true tasting experience.
Average spend:

Lunch: €35–40

Dinner: €70–80
The spirit of the house:
A human-sized team that values creative freedom and product quality while staying true to the restaurant’s identity.
You will work closely with the owner-operators in an environment of trust and collaboration.
A tight-knit team: two in the kitchen per service, plus a dishwasher.
The current chef will be moving to open the group’s second restaurant, ensuring a smooth handover.
Profile sought:
A creative, autonomous chef passionate about quality products and beautiful plates. Someone looking to invest in a bespoke project within a house that offers freedom of culinary expression and values building customer loyalty.
Conditions:

Currently closed on Sundays and Mondays.

From 2026: full weekends off (closed Saturday and Sunday).

Working hours designed for work-life balance, with an intelligent mix of split and straight shifts.

Annual closures: 3 weeks in August, 1 week at Christmas.
Salary: €3000–3200 net/month
