Independent Executive Chef (M/F) – Paris

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Independent Executive Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for designing and executing tailor-made menus for private and corporate events. Your culinary expertise and organizational skills will elevate every gastronomic experience and impress our clients. Focus on locally-sourced ingredients, eco-responsible catering (cocktails, corporate events, meal boxes, buffets).

Responsibilities:

  • Design customized menus according to the event theme, client preferences, and requirements.

  • Prepare and supervise culinary production during events of all sizes.

  • Manage temporary kitchen teams or collaborate with partner caterers.

  • Ensure quality, presentation, and food safety in compliance with regulations.

  • Participate in logistical planning to guarantee smooth event execution.

  • Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in the culinary offerings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, ideally in event catering or high-end hospitality.

  • Ability to work independently and manage temporary teams.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and professional rigor.

  • Flexibility and availability to work according to event schedules.

  • Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Driver’s license preferred for travel to event locations.
