About the Property:

Imagine a hotel where elegance meets culinary artistry. This haven of luxury features:

  • 7 diverse restaurants, including a refined dining room, an outdoor barbecue, private beach dining, and Italian, Asian, teppanyaki, and French specialties.

  • A flagship Italian/Mediterranean restaurant, open daily for lunch and dinner, at the heart of the hotel’s gastronomic experience.

Your Role:

As the Italian Head Chef, you will lead a dynamic team of 5 chefs under the guidance of the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for delivering daily culinary excellence, bringing your expertise to craft memorable and outstanding dishes for our guests.

Package Overview:

  • Contract: 1-year contract (flexible depending on your availability)

  • Base Salary: USD 2,500/month, with the possibility to negotiate an enhanced package including title, salary, and accommodation

  • Bonus: Discretionary, based on exceptional performance

  • Annual Leave: 30 paid vacation days per year, including round-trip economy class airfare

  • Weekly Days Off: 1 day off per week

  • Public Holidays: 11 per year

  • R&R Leave: 1 x 7-day R&R leave per year with a USD 400 allowance

  • Service Charge: Approx. USD 1,300 (variable based on business activity)

  • Stewarding Sales: USD 100/month

  • Relocation Allowance: USD 750

  • Accommodation: Shared twin room within the resort

  • Health Insurance: Provided

Ideal Profile: (Junior profiles welcome)

  • Nationality: Preference for candidates from Italy or the EU

  • Passionate about Italian and Mediterranean cuisine

  • Proven experience in luxury establishments

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
