Luxury Production Chef (Bakery – Pastry – Deli – Catering) – Paris

Join a prestigious establishment created by a Michelin-starred chef, offering an exceptional high-end event experience for luxury brands, celebrities, and influential personalities.

✨ The DNA of the House:

  • Offer a culinary experience worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, tailored for private and corporate events.
  • Develop and enhance the high-end savory section of the store (daily specials, sandwiches, and salads).

đź“Ť The Laboratory: Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

👩‍🍳 Your Mission:

  • Work in the kitchen with the team on the owner’s recipes and your own creations, which will be approved by the owner.
  • Manage a team of 4-5 people, organize and oversee their schedules.
  • Ensure excellence and innovation in culinary creations.

🔍 Profile Sought:

  • Significant experience in Michelin-starred establishments and/or luxury catering.
  • Expertise in high-end bakery and pastry, with attention to detail and elegance.

đź’Ľ Conditions:

  • Start date: As soon as possible (ASAP).
  • Salary: 3000 – 3500 € net/month.
  • Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM, continuous, Monday to Friday.
  • Rest: 2 consecutive days off (Saturday and Sunday), except in case of an exception (paid or compensated).
