Dim Sum Chef (M/F) in Paris 🌟

The establishment opened its doors in 2019, and the same chef has been holding the position since then.
Profile and Responsibilities:
Dim Sum Chef:
👉 A talented Dim Sum Chef, capable of producing exceptional dumplings while getting involved in team management and training.
👉 A motivated person, capable of taking part in service.
👉 A creative and autonomous professional, ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Or if you are a “pure producer” profile:
👉 You will produce the dumplings alone in the laboratory, following the establishment’s recipes.
👉 You will master the making of dumplings, especially the dough and folding of Ha-Kao.

Conditions:
Head Chef:
💼 Salary: €4000 gross/month + depending on profile (with services)
🕒 Hours: 3 split shifts, 2 continuous
📅 Days off: 2 consecutive days (Sunday & Monday)
Production Chef (Laboratory):
💼 Salary: €2800 gross/month
🕒 Hours: Continuous 9am-6pm, Tuesday to Saturday
📅 Days off: 2 consecutive days (Sunday & Monday)
Start date: Negotiable
