RHEA Recrutement, a recruitment agency specializing in the hospitality and restaurant industry, is looking for a Head Chef for a neo-fooding restaurant located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

About the Restaurant
This establishment offers contemporary and inventive French cuisine, focused on seasonal products. It stands out for its refined flavor pairings and creative approach to dishes. In an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, the team is committed to delivering a meticulous and memorable dining experience.
Main Responsibilities
The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the restaurant. This includes managing the kitchen team, handling orders and cost control, and demonstrating the creativity required to develop new menus every month. The chef will also ensure smooth service execution and mise en place while participating in external events and maintaining clear communication with the front-of-house team.
Work Environment
The restaurant features a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, providing an optimal workspace. The menu changes monthly, highlighting exceptional ingredients and contemporary cuisine with diverse influences. The team consists of eight kitchen staff, including three BTS apprentices, and four front-of-house employees.

The team fosters a supportive and rigorous work environment, with a modern and collaborative management style. Once trained, the Head Chef enjoys significant autonomy. In the past eight years, only two chefs have held this position, reflecting the stability and quality of the workplace.
Job Conditions
- Start Date: May 1, 2025, in anticipation of the current chef’s departure on August 1, 2025.
- Salary: €2,800 – €3,000, plus monthly tips of €200 – €250.
- Work Schedule: Four split shifts per week, with three days off, including one Monday per month dedicated to research and development.
- Closures: The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, with additional annual closures of eight days at Christmas, two to three weeks in August, and three days in May.
