Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in the Hospitality and Catering sectors, is seeking a Sales Executive (newly created position) in Paris.

Responsibilities:

Generate and develop the company’s revenue in the luxury B2B market and with celebrity private clients. Create a commercial development strategy in collaboration with management. Implement this strategy and be the driving force behind its success. Meet existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Conduct sales outreach via phone, in-person meetings, emails, and organize tastings to promote the company. Work autonomously with the possibility of recruiting an intern, tools provided: phone and computer.

Required skills: Excellent communication and spelling skills. Bilingual in English with impeccable presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Email, Monday), Ratatool, and quotation software.

Profile: Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, high-volume upscale catering, concierge agencies, event management agencies. Attend key events to reassure clients, establish new contacts, and expand the network. Weekly reporting and presentation of revenue to management, analysis of KPIs, and implementation of action plans.

Presence of one day per week at the office (East Paris near Vincennes) and the rest of the time at events or client meetings.

Conditions:

Start date: as soon as possible. Hours: from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Rest days: 2 days off per week: Saturday and Sunday, except in exceptional cases (paid or recovered). Contract: permanent. Salary: €2000 net/month (€2600 gross) plus uncapped commission of 1.5% on new contracts adhering to the pricing policy and validated processes -> paid quarterly + 13th-month salary. Benefits: 11 days of annual leave, 10 public holidays, lunch provided, and executive health insurance. Holidays: company closure for 10 days at Christmas (from December 22 to January 5) and 3 weeks in summer (from July 20 to August 15).
