Restaurant Director (M/F) – Paris

This ambitious project, with an opening planned for late August / early September, is part of the expansion of a dynamic group that already owns several prestigious venues, including a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The Venue
- Concept: High-identity festive restaurant
- Capacity: حوالي 70 covers for lunch / 150 for dinner
- Average spend: €120
- Open 7 days a week
- Fully renovated dining room
- Positioning: A complete experience combining high-quality cuisine and a festive atmosphere (DJ)
Your Role
As Restaurant Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance and smooth operation of the establishment:
- Oversee all daily operations
- Lead, structure, and support the front-of-house team (approx. 15 staff including 2 managers)
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience aligned with the concept
- Work closely with the Chef and senior management
- Monitor performance: revenue, costs, and profitability
- Actively contribute to the opening, setup, and identity of the venue
- Ensure smooth execution of events and services
Profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Director
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite a team
- High standards, attention to detail, and strong service mindset
- Comfortable in dynamic and festive environments
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong motivation to join a growing and ambitious group
Conditions
- Salary: €3,500 – €3,800 net/month
