Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality and restaurant roles, is hiring on behalf of one of its clients:
RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) – Paris
A bistronomic restaurant with Asian influences, part of an independent young group (chef-owners with Michelin-starred backgrounds).
Environment
- Restaurant open 7 days a week
- 400 m² space
- 90 indoor seats + 25 terrace seats
Your team consists of:
- 1 Restaurant Manager
- 1 Assistant Manager
- 1 Bartender
- 2 Head Waiters
- 1 Runner
Young team: average age 28–29 years old
Responsibilities
Your main duties will include managing service operations, team management, ordering, and reservations.
- Welcome and advise guests (on-site & by phone)
- Take orders, provide table service, and respond to customer requests
- Contribute to customer loyalty through engagement aligned with the restaurant’s values
- Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain high service standards
You will represent and embody the image the establishment wishes to project to both staff and guests.
The management style is caring and based on trust, with strong emphasis on internal promotion.
Operational Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including:
- Closing procedures
- Cash handling
- Bank deposits
- Tip distribution
They must be the last person to leave and ensure the proper closing of the establishment.
Profile
- Strong rigor, versatility, entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership, autonomy, and availability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and team spirit
- Proven experience in high-end or trendy restaurant environments
- English proficiency is a plus
- Basic knowledge of wine is appreciated
Beyond experience, personality and enthusiasm will make the difference.
Conditions
- Sunday & Monday off
- Salary: €2,900 to €3,200 net depending on profile

- Possible profit-sharing after 3 months:
- Monthly bonus based on turnover (two levels: €150 / €300, paid in M+1 on payslip)
