Restaurant Manager (M/F) – 1 Michelin Star Restaurant – Paris
A Michelin-starred Parisian restaurant, already rewarded with one Michelin star, is now aiming for a new challenge: the second star.
To carry this ambition, we are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager, able to embody the spirit of the house and further elevate the guest experience.
Your Role
At the heart of the restaurant, you will be the soul of the dining room:
✨ Guarantee flawless, personalized, and warm service.
✨ Elegantly orchestrate 20 covers (average check: €230).
✨ Inspire, train, and motivate a close-knit team of 3 (a commis, a sommelier, and yourself).
✨ Be the bridge between the Chef’s vision, the restaurant’s ambition, and the client’s experience.
Your Profile

You already have experience in the fine dining and/or Michelin-starred world and understand its standards.

You are a caring leader, able to unite and inspire your team.

Your eye for detail and your passion for service make all the difference.
Conditions

Permanent contract, full time.

Schedule: evenings from Monday to Friday, with a split shift on Friday. Weekends off.

Salary: €2500 – €2650 net/month + performance bonus on turnover (tiered) + approx. €300/month in tips.

Start date: As soon as possible.
