RHEA Recrutement is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager (M/F) for a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant in Paris, specializing in fish and seafood-based cuisine.
This 1 Michelin star establishment, open 7 days a week, offers a unique fine dining experience that blends tradition and innovation — including tableside fish carving, creating a truly exceptional moment for guests!
✨ What the restaurant offers:

Cuisine style: High-end fish and seafood dishes highlighting fresh products and exceptional culinary expertise.

Service capacity: Around 50 covers for lunch and 80 for dinner

Signature experience: Tableside fish carving — a refined and immersive guest experience.

Work atmosphere: Direct collaboration with the owner and head chef in a stimulating, warm environment
🔍 Profile we’re looking for:

Experience: Proven track record in managing front-of-house operations in Michelin-starred or high-end restaurants

Passion & expertise: Deep love for hospitality, with strong knowledge of fresh product service and tableside fish carving techniques

Leadership: Skilled in team management, floor coordination, and delivering impeccable service standards

Energy & precision: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a world-class dining experience
💰 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €3,800 – €4,000 net/month, depending on experience
