F&B Director (M/F)


A prestigious hotel establishment featuring a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Paris
This exclusive establishment, based on a private residence concept, combines chic and contemporary design. A true Parisian pied-à-terre, it consists of 11 apartments, suites, and rooms, along with a wellness space, bar, and restaurant, ideal for extended stays. In this refined setting, every detail is carefully crafted to offer guests a unique experience.

An experienced team of butlers is available around the clock to cater to all guest requests, ensuring personalized and unmatched service.


Your role:
As the director of this prestigious establishment, you will be responsible for the Michelin-starred restaurant, the hotel’s bar, as well as managing the events organized on-site. You will lead a team of 25 staff members, ensuring the highest standards of excellence while delivering an exceptional guest experience.


Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the restaurant and bar operations, optimizing processes to guarantee optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of 25 people, embodying a model of excellence and professionalism.
  • Ensure exceptional service, with great attention to detail in this demanding and prestigious environment.
  • Organize and manage client events in close coordination with the team.
  • Maximize the establishment’s revenue by fostering guest loyalty and implementing new commercial initiatives.
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant and bar’s financial results, ensuring strict cost management.

Your profile:
The establishment is seeking a dynamic and passionate candidate with proven experience in managing high-end restaurants. You are meticulous, organized, and capable of motivating and uniting a team around a shared vision of excellence. Fluency in English is essential.


Conditions:

  • Permanent contract (CDI) with an attractive salary of €5,000 gross/month, including employee contribution (around €500/month) and tips.
  • 2 consecutive days off each week.
  • Access to CSE benefits and a Pass Navigo.
