RHEA Recruitment is looking for its client: Head Butler / Maitre d’Hôtel – Swiss Private Family (2nd Service Team Member)

CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIRED

RHEA, a recruitment firm specializing in private hospitality and catering, is seeking a second service team member for an UHNW Swiss family. The household consists of the parents, four children (ages 11 to 16), a nanny, and a dog. The family is looking for a positive, discreet, and service-oriented professional, ready to join a tight-knit, stable team in a long-term role.

Responsibilities

Assist the primary service staff with daily meals (lunches, dinners, weekend brunches).
Support service during family travels and events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain impeccable standards in the kitchen and dining areas (cleanliness, organization, hygiene).
Create a warm, professional, and harmonious atmosphere for the family and their guests.
Anticipate the family’s needs with discretion and responsiveness.

Schedule & Organization

5 working days / 2 days off, with 4 weeks of paid vacation per year.
Occasional travel to the family’s residence in Dubai and other locations in Switzerland, shared between the two service team members for optimal balance.
Flexibility and adaptability required to support the family during events or travel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in high-end service, preferably in private households or luxury hotels.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Dynamic, organized, discreet, kind, and dedicated to service excellence.
Team player, able to integrate into a demanding yet warm family environment.
Motivated for a long-term, stable, and key role within the household.

Conditions

Live-out position (assistance with accommodation provided for the first 3-4 months).
Attractive package, depending on profile: approx. CHF 5,000 per month.
Uniform provided and full support from the family.
