Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a firm specialized in Hospitality and Catering professions, is looking for a:

Restaurant Floor Manager (M/F) – Paris

This Parisian neo-bistronomic restaurant offers a seasonal, creative, and purpose-driven cuisine, highlighting locally sourced ingredients from short supply chains. In a warm and contemporary setting, each dish reflects a deep respect for product quality and flavor.

  • 30-seat restaurant

  • Open 5 days a week (closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesday evenings)

  • Average spend: €50 at lunch / €60 at dinner

As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily front-of-house operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring guests are satisfied with their experience

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service

  • Manage bookings and organize table plans to optimize capacity

  • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and dining room

  • Manage the cash register and oversee restaurant closing procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a supervisory or management role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues quickly

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests

  • Knowledge of wine and oenology is a plus

  • Schedule: 4 split shifts and 1 straight shift per week
