Sales Manager Takeaway & Deli (M/F)Paris

A startup founded in 2022 by a team of Asia enthusiasts, this establishment invites you to discover Asian cuisine in the heart of Paris. The site offers over 1000 references! The establishment includes a cafeteria, a café, a bar, a GROCERY section, a TAKEAWAY section, and soon a restaurant will open its doors… All in a contemporary and welcoming setting!
Open 7/7 from 8AM to 11PM.
Job Description:
As part of the grocery team, you will oversee all grocery sales advisors (7 pax) and takeaway sales (4 pax), ensuring an excellent customer experience within the grocery section.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Purchasing & Procurement Manager, you will ensure proper stock management in the store.
You will be responsible for replenishing products while adhering to predefined merchandising standards.
You will manage a team of approximately fifteen sales advisors and versatile team members, overseeing their skill development.
You will develop a sales strategy and proactively suggest potential promotional activities.
You will collaborate with managers of other points of sale.
You will actively contribute to improving the revenue of your sales point.
You will also be responsible for supervising the takeaway sales section.

Profile:
Significant experience in sales.
Demonstrated managerial skills.
Strong interest in Japanese cuisine.
Fluency in English is essential.
Conditions:
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM // 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Salary: €3000-€3200 net / month depending on profile.
Days off: 2 consecutive days off (flexible, with a rotation of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month).
Starting date: ASAP.
50% reimbursement of transportation costs.
