SOUS CHEF (M/F) in Paris
Lifestyle hotel with 40 rooms, renowned group in France and internationally
Restaurant offering neo-fooding bistronomic cuisine


Open 7 days a week, with 42 seating capacity
Team: 10 staff in the kitchen, including 2 sous-chefs
Average of 30 covers for lunch and 50 for dinner
Open kitchen, friendly and professional environment

Under the supervision of the Chef-Owner, the Sous Chef will perform the following tasks:

Assist the Chef in operational tasks and replace during absences.
Ensure dishes are composed and prepared with a commitment to excellence, in line with the Chef’s requirements and philosophy.
Actively participate in achieving objectives.
Adhere to and ensure hygiene compliance with current legislation and the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan in the establishment.
Regularly propose new ideas, dishes, improvements to the Chef, demonstrating individual and collective creativity.
Develop preparation technical sheets, ensuring their knowledge among the team.
Monitor food consumption and ingredient needs to fulfill customer orders.

Monthly net salary of 2200
Hours: continuous, primarily evenings
42-hour contract per week
2 consecutive days off of your choice
