RHEA Recruitment, Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency is looking for


DNA/CONCEPT: First bistronomic restaurant hidden behind a fashion and design concept store. The menu is inspired by the south of France (Basque Country and Provence “Marseille”), it will be minimalist, generous, and rooted in seasonality and local produce.

Restaurants/concepts that have a more or less similar positioning to what they want to do: Caché Paris, Déviant, Tékés, Frenchie (rue du Nil), etc.

During the day, fashion designers, designers, and artists will follow one another at the rhythm of pop-ups, openings, and private events.

In the evening, they will imprint their brand image on the restaurant and bar: table ceramics, staff uniforms, menu customization. The venue (325m²) is located in a former pleasure house…

The restaurant opened its doors at the beginning of the year (70-80 covers) and is open 5/7 on these schedules: • Evening: Tuesday to Saturday • Noon: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

8 people in the brigade: 1 Head-Chef, 2 Sous-Chef, 1 Chef de partie, 2 commis, 2 dishwashers

Ambition to duplicate the concept in other fashion capitals and in unique venues

Conditions: Starting date: end of August, beginning of September 2.5 consecutive days off, maximum two breaks per week o Fixed salary: €2300 net / month o Referral bonus Health & transportation: o 100% health insurance & provident insurance with Alan o Transportation assistance up to €800/year (public transportation and/or eco-responsible transportation) o Sports subscription (Gym’Lib): access to all gyms in Paris
