Spa Therapist / Professional Massage Therapist
We are recruiting on behalf of a private Swiss family for an experienced Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist to join a newly established private residence and contribute to the family’s daily well-being.
This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and providing personalized treatments within a discreet and high-end private environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic and wellness massage treatments.
- Perform deep tissue and sports massages tailored to the individual needs of family members.
- Provide muscle recovery and relaxation sessions.
- Maintain an impeccable spa environment and ensure the highest standards of comfort and care.
- Accompany the family on selected trips and travels when required.
Candidate Profile
- Recognized qualification in massage therapy, bodywork, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in deep tissue and sports massage techniques.
- Excellent physical strength and ability to perform firm-pressure massages.
- Background or experience in physiotherapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field would be highly advantageous.
- Absolute discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
- Professional level of English preferred.
Additional Skills (Highly Appreciated)
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a strong advantage:
- Facial treatments
- Manicure and pedicure
- Hair care and styling
- Beauty and wellness treatments
- Additional spa and relaxation therapies

- Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications. As this is a newly created position, the compensation structure is currently being developed.
- Full-time position based in Switzerland with international travel requirements.
