RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality and Catering, is hiring a
RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris,
Conceptual restaurant open 6 days a week from 11 am to 11 pm Concept: a combination of bistro and clothing store!
Average lunch attendance: 15 – 30 covers Average dinner attendance: 30 – 60 covers 12 tables, 30 seats 350 references of biodynamic wines for 4000 bottles in the cellar. The plus: a dedicated cleaning team -> no cleaning required
Service Team: 1 director, 3 restaurant servers (2 full-time and 1 part-time)
Your MISSION: Management:
- Coordination of team work;
- Coordination of flows with the kitchen;
- Assignment and activity planning;
- Supervision of service-related activities;
- Inventory and planning of daily and periodic tasks;
- Briefing animation, staff welcome, and integration;
- Resolution of customer and/or staff issues and conflicts;
- Direct involvement in service activities as needed;
- Service progress monitoring;
- Communication and liaison between departments;
- Control of service staff activities during service;
- Implementation of team strategy and objectives.
PROFILE You are a skilled team manager and fluent in English. You have significant experience in trendy and conceptual environments.

Working hours: 4 consecutive days in the evening and 1 break, or 2 breaks, or 2 consecutive days in the evening and 3 days OFF Salary: 2500 euros net Full-time permanent contract 2 consecutive days off on Sunday and Monday Start date: April
