Premium Events Sales Executive (M/F) – Brittany

A fully renovated 25-hectare 4-star estate nestled in unspoilt nature, hosting both private and corporate events: weddings, seminars, wellness retreats, dinner-concerts.

46 4-star rooms spread across a château, lofts, and country houses.

A top-tier culinary brigade featuring chefs trained at the Ritz, Anne-Sophie Pic, and Régis Marcon.

A site committed to sustainability, with its own vegetable garden, orchard, and strong eco-responsibility values.

Capacity to accommodate up to 200 guests.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to think creatively to tailor solutions to diverse client needs. This role is strongly commercially oriented.

Main responsibilities:

• Advise and support clients by developing bespoke proposals

• Ensure follow-up and management of client quotes

• Work in direct collaboration with the Events Managers

• Build loyalty with existing clients and actively prospect new ones

• Conduct regular competitive market analysis

Profile sought:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role or sector

• Passion for challenges and ease working with high-value clients

• Strong sensitivity to the premium segment and gastronomy

• Team spirit and a strong customer service mindset

Conditions offered:

• Permanent full-time contract (CDI)

• Salary: €2,100 to €2,600 gross per month

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
