Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a specialist hospitality and restaurant recruitment firm, is seeking on behalf of one of its clients a Restaurant Operations Manager (M/F) for a permanent position.
This is a five-star hotel located in the Golden Triangle, featuring 50 elegantly decorated rooms and suites, a full wellness area with indoor pool, spa, and fitness room, a fine-dining French restaurant, and an elegant bar.
A key position within a high-end establishment, offering a demanding and stimulating work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Chef / F&B Director, you will oversee all restaurant operations including the restaurant, bar, room service, minibar, and event catering. You will ensure exceptional service quality, strong financial performance, and customer satisfaction, while uniting your team around a shared commitment to excellence.
Key Duties:

Build and monitor budgets in collaboration with management.

Optimize costs, stock management, and purchasing.

Recruit, manage, train, and motivate your teams while ensuring cohesion and a positive working atmosphere.

Guarantee flawless service, anticipate guest needs, and handle sensitive situations with care.

Develop attractive, loyalty-building offers and promotions.

Ensure strict application of HACCP standards and maintain the highest quality of facilities.
This is a highly hands-on position.
Team: 2 Assistant Managers, chefs de rang, runners, bartender.
Profile Sought:

Solid experience managing restaurant teams, ideally in luxury hospitality.

Natural leadership with the ability to motivate and supervise effectively.

Strong sense of service and excellent customer relations skills.

Outstanding organizational and management abilities.

In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Conditions:

Status: Supervisory level.

Contract: 42-hour work week.

Salary: €4,000 gross/month + 13th month.

Schedule: Continuous shifts only.
