Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a Recruitment Agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is seeking an EXECUTIVE CHEF for a position in Paris.
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all culinary activities of the establishment in collaboration with the restaurant manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen brigades, developing new menus, cost control, ensuring the quality of dishes served, as well as maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
DNA / CONCEPT
1 BRASSERIE-style restaurant: 60-70 covers/day 1 tea room (similar to Cojean): 30 covers/day and production for another location 1 bar: 10 covers/day 1 seasonal rooftop with 80 seated places open in summer 1 offering event services (cocktails and banquets format)
The establishments are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (closed in the evening).
Kitchen brigade consists of around twenty people including dishwashers.
-> Possibility to bring your own sous chef.

The position is available on May 31, 2024, or mid-June (a one-week handover with the current executive chef would be ideal, as the chef has been in this position for two years).
