Missions:
The Executive Pastry Chef Assistant supports the Culinary Director and the Executive Pastry Chef in managing the overall pastry production process for all outlets. Responsible for assisting in pastry menu creation, being creative for all outlets, and ensuring control and proper management of the pastry and bakery operating cycle.
Team: 7 people (excluding bakery)
Profile:
Basic level or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts; qualifications and experience in chocolate making would be an additional advantage Ability to present confidently, demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in luxury hospitality Good level of written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an additional advantage Excellent understanding of hotel operations; especially food and beverage operations Proficient computer skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver results while managing a multicultural team

Conditions: Contract duration – 2 years Base salary – $2,500.00 USD per month Bonus – At owner’s discretion based on performance Annual leave – 30 days paid leave per year with Economy class flight home RDO – 1 day off per week Public holidays – 11 days per year Rest and recreation (R&R)
