Assistant Restaurant Manager (M/F) – Opening in March 2025
The Concept:
A trendy, upscale brasserie located in a prime spot in Paris, open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner. With 160 seats, the venue can also be transformed into an event space, allowing for private events of up to 1,000 guests. This ambitious project is set to make an impact.
Your Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of the service and floor. You will supervise a team of 50 to 60 people and actively participate in recruitment and training processes.
- Brand Ambassador: You will embody the brand’s values and spirit, transmitting emotions and enhancing the brand’s image. Your goal will be to inspire and lead the team to achieve excellence.
- Leadership and Management: You will act as the link between the back office and the floor. You will manage, train, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and maintain operational efficiency while fostering a positive dynamic.
- Operational Objectives: You will be responsible for the smooth running of the team during lunch and dinner services, managing staff turnover and their continuous training.
- Service Excellence: You will ensure that the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained. You will also be proactive in improving and innovating the establishment’s operations.
Your Profile:
- Management Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in high-volume settings (upscale brasseries or restaurants) and a good command of English.
- Inspirational Leadership: You know how to unite and motivate your team through a compassionate leadership style and a shared vision.
- Operational and Financial Acumen: You are skilled at managing operations and finances. You are capable of tracking performance indicators and implementing necessary corrective actions.
Offer Conditions:
- Base Salary: 5,000 € net per month, approximately 75,000 € gross annually.
- Status: Executive (Cadre).
- Working Hours: 39 hours per week.
- Additional Remuneration: Percentage of revenue, tips, and paid overtime.
- Start Date: ASAP (Opening in March 2025).
- Contract: Full-time CDI.
