RHEA Recruitment, Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency is looking for a

HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris

Wine bar restaurant open 7 days a week for 3 years, owned by a family group (3 restaurants in Paris)

Environment: New York loft style, open kitchen to the dining area (counter) plus a 50m2 lab in the basement. Carte blanche: neo-fooding (gastronomic level dishes)/ tapas Lunch TM: 30 euros (menu + formula) and evening: 55-60 euros Team of 6 pax (one head chef + one sous chef + two CDP + 2 dishwashers)

RESPONSIBILITIES Structure the service, Organize the schedule Recruit kitchen staff (if necessary), Manage the kitchen team Train kitchen staff to ensure constant production quality, Ensure compliance with applicable hygiene and safety standards, Establish and enforce manufacturing and cleaning processes, Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of kitchen technical resources, Master orders, costs and stocks Develop technical sheets for all recipes, Work in good collaboration with the front of house.

Go to the dining area, chat with customers -> be the restaurant’s representative

Hours: mixed shifts and continuous

Days OFF: Sunday & Monday

Salary: according to profile: €3000-€3600 Net/month (+ according to profile)
