Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency, is looking for a CHEF DE CUISINE (M/F) in Paris.
The restaurant is open 6 days a week, offering French bistronomic cuisine.
Using only fresh products, the kitchen team consists of 8 people (4 per service).
The menu consists of “classic” and “contemporary” dishes (such as hare royale, black truffle soup, pâté en croûte).
Brigade background: Parisian Palace.
Average ticket: 70 euros // set menu at 39 €.
Average of 200 covers/day.

Conditions:
Salary: €3900 Net/Month (equivalent to €60K gross/annum).
Hours: continuous MORNING only.
Days off: 2 consecutive days, Saturday & Sunday.
Start date: ASAP (mid-May at the latest).
