RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in hospitality and catering, is looking for a:
Head Chef (M/F) in Paris
Restaurant with a bistronomic concept and Asian flavors, owned by a young independent group.
Environment: Restaurant open 7 days a week, 400 m² space, 90 seating and 25 on the terrace. Young team: 28/29 years old.
Profile:
- Solid experience as a head chef.
- Experience in high-cover restaurants or a desire to work in a restaurant with high-quality volume.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 8-10 people.
- Run an open kitchen 7 days a week.
- Creativity and the ability to propose ideas (a big plus, but not required).
- Experience in stock management and ordering is essential.
- Mastery of hygiene standards (obvious) and allergens.
- Basic HR tasks like managing schedules (Skello) and handling team absences or tardiness.
- Managing sales coefficients.
Conditions:
- Sundays and Mondays off.
- Working hours: 4 shifts and one morning or evening.
- Salary: 2700/2800 EUR NET (before tax).
- After 3 months of employment:
- Monthly bonus based on revenue (two levels: 150 EUR / 300 EUR) – Paid on the next month’s payslip.
Start date: As soon as possible.
